Friends remember teen skater killed in Bradenton crash
BRADENTON – Andrew Rothfuss sat by a pillar at the skate park on Tuesday. Under his feet, the words “R.I.P. Brett Hoover” were scratched into his brand new skateboard. His friend Andrew Rothfuss, 16, shares a photo of his deceased friend, William B. Hoover Tuesday afternoon at the Bradenton Riverwalk Skatepark.
